Revision Policy
I acknowledge that any revision deemed necessary by Dr. Keller and the surgical team must be scheduled within one (1) year of my original surgery. I understand that while a discount may be considered, it is not guaranteed and that I am fully responsible for all facility and anesthesia fees.
Pre-Consultation Photo Instructions
To help us properly evaluate your facial anatomy before your consultation, please follow these guidelines when taking your photos:
Lighting & Background
- Use natural lighting (stand facing a window if possible).
- Avoid shadows, overhead lighting, or dim rooms.
- Stand in front of a plain, neutral background (white or light-colored wall).
Positioning
- Keep your head straight and level (do not tilt up or down).
- Pull hair back away from your face and ears.
- Remove makeup if possible, or keep it very minimal.
- Remove glasses and large jewelry.
Photos to Take
Please submit the following views:
- Front view – looking straight ahead, neutral expression
- Right side view – full profile
- Left side view – full profile
- Right 45-degree angle – halfway between front and side
- Left 45-degree angle – halfway between front and side
